Contractor Relationships
Highly-skilled and independent contractors are essential and integral to the beautification of our renovations. Therefore, we strive to develop a quality long-term relationship with our contractors and provide them with a steady stream of work and competitive pay for their hard work.
Renovation budgets on our projects range anywhere from $5,000 on a rental property to $250,000 on a full renovation. We rely on structured project management to ensure typical project time frames range from 3-5 months. Our goal is to turn around our projects at a rapid pace so that we can get paid as quickly as possible and use those profits to immediately start on the next renovation. This ensures that we and our contractors have a continuous supply of work for present and future years to come.
Successful execution of these strategies rely on the high quality of work performed by our contractors, which is why we put such a high premium on finding the best contractors in the area and then developing long-term, mutually beneficial win-win relationships. We simply seek to hire the best contractors with the best craftsmanship which is why we have a zero tolerance policy for poor quality work and lack of professionalism. Based on these principles, together, we can be successful and achieve our goals.
